Using Vespere

Vespere is provided for personal, devotional, and study use. The Scripture text (King James Version and World English Bible) is in the public domain. Matthew Henry's Concise Commentary is in the public domain and used accordingly. Historic prayers included in the app are in the public domain. You are welcome to read, share, and reflect on this content freely.

Your content

Notes, highlights, reflections, prayers, and collections you create remain yours and are stored on your device. We claim no ownership over them.

Vespere+

Vespere+ is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Purchases are handled by Apple under the standard App Store terms.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies. We are not able to process refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app. Vespere is offered as-is, and while we work to keep it reliable and accurate, we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vespere and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Your use of Vespere is at your own discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised terms.
